"We finally found a solution for overcoming latency issues in virtual training sessions"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

In my opinion, the primary strength of CloudShare lies in its simplicity to deploy and administrate a training and lab environment for demos. We have been able to deploy environments where no physical hardware has been required and that has helped to improve the flow. The integration with our LMS and CRM systems was seamless, therefore data syncing and tracking were easy. That is why it has been particularly useful to be able to tailor these environments for our training requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

The main challenge with CloudShare is that during busy hours there are latency issues that can impact the performance of simulators and training exercises. Also, although the platform in general is easy to navigate, some of the advanced parameter settings could be more intricate and not friendly for users. These problems have led to some form of interference to our training sessions and have taken additional time to make adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and handy solution for simplifying virtual training and testing environments"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

CloudShare makes it very easy to create virtual environments and that impressed me. Detailed configurations for training or testing is not a problem and as such saves us a lot of time. Other features making it exceptional include how easily it integrates with tools we are already using such as our CRM and project management tool. The envisaged environments are highly customizable, which means that we can shape them to fit our needs perfectly, making this system extremely flexible for use. What do you dislike about CloudShare?

Now, the part I do not like about CloudShare are the costs as if you are not careful, you are likely to end up paying through your nose. These costs can quickly increase significantly, especially when running several environments simultaneously. This has made us more careful on how to use the platform so as to save the amount spent on many environments. Indeed, while the software has many strengths, the price could be somewhat prohibitive for smaller teams or projects to use frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Virtual environments are now made easy for remote training"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

Nonetheless, the most outstanding attribute of CloudShare if used as a virtual platform is the capability to execute diversely operating systems and software configurations at the same time. This is beneficial to us because we use several platforms for training and CloudShare can adapt to that environment that we require. This made initial preparation easy since it is effortless to replicate several complicated configurations across a few environments owing to the fact that training information is timely and relevant. What do you dislike about CloudShare?

The main drawback of CloudShare is that the cost of this tool increases when the number of users is large. This has been a challenge for us particularly when we have been attempting to extend our training programs for use in other sites. The cost is relatively high which has at times compelled us to give a limited number of people or even decided whether to give training or not less frequently. This financial element has rendered it challenging to optimize the platform to its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We finally found a way to enhance virtual training and demos"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

My favorite feature about CloudShare is its ability to be extremely flexible and secure when it comes to all the virtual lab and demoing. This helps us immensely when creating extremely complicated virtual spaces that are necessary for training and demonstrations for clients. I particularly like the fact that it synchronises with our CRM tool and streamlines the scheduling of virtual meetings. The flexibility of cloning environments and the ease of running multiple instances have really enhanced efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

One drawback of CloudShare is that it gets slow as the virtual environments grow big enough and this is very inconveniencing especially when conducting training or demos. That is why the interface also seems to be not as smooth as it is supposed to be, and the overall navigation is not as intuitive, making the management of virtual environments not as easy. Such performance inequalities and this not so friendly interface have at times led to some interferences and interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really effective virtual environment management solution"
3.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

The most striking feature of CloudShare is the fact that it enables users to create isolated virtual environments in a very short space of time. We use it for training and product demonstrations because it is easy to recreate environments in it. The scalability is a huge plus here as it let you adjust the amount of resources dedicated to each project. Reporting features are also valuable to me as they offer detailed information on the functioning and usage of the environments, thus enabling me to fine tune them efficiently. What do you dislike about CloudShare?

A disadvantage of CloudShare is occasional fluctuation in performance especially when working with large clouds or multiple virtual instances. It seems to fare well for straightforward system topologies, yet as we progress to more complex system layouts, the system will take longer to execute tasks. This is so especially during live training sessions where a break of a few minutes may be detrimental to the training session. Moreover, it proves quite expensive, especially knew when we have to multiply when formulating strategies to be applied to larger projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudShare?

Easy if use and simplified setup and administration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

It could provide more granularity in the spin up and down of resources in case of complex environments with a lot of vms. It is not possible yet to modify a single vm of a complex multi-vm environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Train with ease by CloudShare"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

I love that is easy to start training using CloudShare. Implementation is never this easy and able to integrate with most of the IT stack that we have in existing. VM builder setup is mostly quicker than manual setup, thus help me to always able to depend on this platform for urgent work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

Consistency with VM connectivity is something that we all need to be aware. They tend to be offline from time to time without warning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Now we can create test environments very quickly and easily"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

Undoubtedly, I am most fond of the fact that CloudShare allows for designing realistic and fully customizable virtual training scenarios. It has rich features which allow me to set as many labs as I want and it can meet all of our requirements making the training more effective. Moreover, the platform is very reliable, especially as it passes complex tests, which requires high stability from the program. This reliability thus helps me focus on giving useful training instead of handling technical hitches hence enhanced performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

CloudShare response time can be also problematic at times, especially during many concurrent accesses. This is very annoying especially in live training sessions where any interruption will cause a reduction in the level of interaction of the participating audience. Another problem which I face is that it lacks basic analytical functionalities. It lacks the granularity of how the participants are interacting with the content and this greatly hinders our ability to make improvement to our training offerings based on data analytics. "Cloudshare is great for setting up a team lab environment to test new products and features"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

I like that it is very easy to use and I don't have to purchase any software on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

That it takes like 5 mins to start up our team lab. we do have roughly 20 machines so it is understandable. it also suspends after 45mins of inactivity. i prefer the machines stay up at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
