Our experience with CloudMasonry has been impressive, primarily due to the consultant's knowledge and expertise in Salesforce. She answered questions quickly and gave clear explanations that we were able to understand as beginners to the system- and kindly repeated herself if we didn’t. She was also very accommodating whenever the schedule or scope had to change a bit. It is not explicitly a dislike, but we underestimated the time and involvement that would be required on our end of the partnership. We learned quickly that the more attention we were able to dedicate to the projects, the more efficient our consultant could be with her work. We are also using a third party integration layer, and there was initially friction between CloudMasonry and this company. Once the issue was known, CloudMasonry did a great job of proactively pulling in this company into meetings and making sure the work product was integrated as needed.
