**What do you like best about CloudMasonry?**

Always available to help with project solutions. Will always be direct and honest about associated risks and will never sugar coat anything. Will propose solutions but will never be pushy about upselling.

**What do you dislike about CloudMasonry?**

None spring to mind - they have been excellent throughout.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudMasonry:**

Be very clear on what you want in the scope of your project.

**What problems is CloudMasonry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We enlisted Cloudmasonry at short notice to help us with a project to move our CRM to Salesforce. There was a tight deadline and required a new build in a very short space of time. We were manage to get this project live with little to no issues on go-live date.

Depth of domain expertise

Very well run customer engagement process from start to finish with clear pricing, transparent reporting and you don't pay for hours you don't use!

**What do you dislike about CloudMasonry?**

There is nothing we disliked about working with CloudMasonry. 
I would work with them again without any hesitation and have already recommended them to other parts of the business.

Absolutely engage them!

**What problems is CloudMasonry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing lead scoring and grading, lead assignment rules and integration of Pardot and Salesforce to enable us to implement a program of end-to-end lead management, reporting, attribution and measurement to support a strategic business goal.

**What do you like best about CloudMasonry?**

My colleague and I really enjoyed working with Ishan and Gary. They were both responsive to emails, met with us on a regular basis to provide project updates and answer questions, and they are both very knowledgeable about Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about CloudMasonry?**

We did not have any negative experiences with our project.

**What problems is CloudMasonry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We worked with CloudMasonry to build a new drip campaign for our graduate programs. The new campaign will alleviate some of the manual communication we were doing to connect with our prospective students.

**What do you like best about CloudMasonry?**

Our experience with CloudMasonry has been impressive, primarily due to the consultant's knowledge and expertise in Salesforce. She answered questions quickly and gave clear explanations that we were able to understand as beginners to the system- and kindly repeated herself if we didn’t. She was also very accommodating whenever the schedule or scope had to change a bit. Not only did CloudMasonry solve countless requests during our time working together, we also feel more educated and prepared to take on new projects.

**What do you dislike about CloudMasonry?**

It is not explicitly a dislike, but we underestimated the time and involvement that would be required on our end of the partnership. We learned quickly that the more attention we were able to dedicate to the projects, the more efficient our consultant could be with her work. In the end, our engagement working alongside our consultant only benefited our own knowledge of the system.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudMasonry:**

Be prepared to possibly dedicate even more time to Salesforce than before the partnership, but understand that extra time will be beneficial to your Salesforce org and knowledge of the system.

**What problems is CloudMasonry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudMasonry first helped us do a general audit and clean-up of our organization, which included small changes to improve UX and bigger changes to our user types and permissions that were crucial to org security. They then helped us automate multiple processes through Flows, enhance our reporting capabilities, and build helpful dashboards with detailed data visualizations. These enhancements have significantly streamlined our operations and improved overall efficiency.

We are also using a third party integration layer, and there was initially friction between CloudMasonry and this company. Once the issue was known, CloudMasonry did a great job of proactively pulling in this company into meetings and making sure the work product was integrated as needed.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudMasonry:**

CloudMasonry is highly recommended if you are looking for an expert partner to help you implement and grow with the Salesforce platform.

We were using CloudMasonry to implement Salesforce, specifically CPQ.

If you are looking for expert partners to help you grow within the Salesforce platform I highly recommend CloudMasonry. Again, their level of expertise, communication, and dedication is unlike any other partners that I have worked with.

Cloudmasonry has helped with the continued support and maintenance of our Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud). They have been key partners in the growth of our business by helping us navigate through Salesforce in order to achieve our marketing goals. They provide a full team of experts that literally become a part of your internal team. The Marketing Automation team is a true dream team. Specific to the marketing cloud platform not only have they helped us in a technical aspect but also strategically. We have expanded our customer lifecycle strategy thanks to their shared insights and openness to collaboration.

CloudMasonry is helping us implement Salesforce for our Medical Device Company.  After a three month process interviewing various consultants, and CloudMasonry was a stand-out optionfrom the first meeting. From the initial consultation to are Go Live next week, the team has exhibited a level of expertise, dedication, and problem-solving skills that exceeded my expectations.

CloudMasonry had solid processes for maintaining communication during the project and was also flexible and adaptable to our team's needs as well.

They used outsourced developers for our project which was fine! It did mean that we didn't work or communicate directly with the developers.

CloudMasonry seems to have good project management processes as well as interest and ideas on how to support companies to use Salesforce better.

We had a specific project that required more developer skill than we currently have on our internal team.

Landon was so knowledgable and professional. He was able to quickly turnaround the items we had on our list that we spent way too much time trying to solve on our own. Besides his technical knowledge, he was also amazing at project management and keeping us updated on status and staying on budget.

**What do you like best about CloudMasonry?**

CloudMasonry’s communication is second to none. I truly feel like we are on the same team working together on initiatives. They always ensure any question or issue is thoroughly resolved,  and that our internal team understands what’s going on. Their techs excel at explaining technical things at a level everyone can grasp.

I do wish CloudMasonry used a calendar tool for easier scheduling.

CloudMasonry has helped us with everything from major integration and implementation projects to ongoing maintenance and optimizations in our Salesforce platform including user experience, reporting, layouts, etc.

They are responsive and efficient.  They recognize the value of time for both their own operation as well as the institutions.  They have exercised design thinking in their process, involving key stakeholders in the feedback loop.

**What do you dislike about CloudMasonry?**

There is really nothing to dislike.  They have been truly impactful for our organization's needs in the Salesforce system.

Cloud Masonry has helped our organization with a range of issues in Salesforce, ranging from communication tree development to custom report generation.  Without their expert service, our communication with potential students would not be automated or robust.

Value and experience. We didn't have to break the bank to get the help we needed and their project team was thorough during the discovery process, which allowed for a smoother rollout.

**What do you dislike about CloudMasonry?**

Not much to complain about - they're a smaller shop, so there's not as much niche experience with specific integrations, but for what we were looking for, they were perfect.

**What problems is CloudMasonry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We purchased CPQ and did not have internal experience with implementation. Having a robust Price book allows us to have better controls around pricing and product definitions.
