Also, the projects I did were really nice to work with. **What do you dislike about CloudDevs.com?** I don't like how CloudDevs track the work hours and record screens. I feel very insecure about sharing my screen just to prove I'm working. In my opinion, things like this must be based on trust and can be verified using other methods, such as the client's satisfaction and the deliverables agreed upon between both. About tracking the hours, it's fair, and I recognize it, but there is a rule (if AFK for 3 min, the counter will stop) that I disagree with because sometimes I want to draw my solution or take some notes on paper, and I can't because of this tracking pausing. Also, I think the hourly rate could be improved, and the payment isn't very clear. CloudDevs pay each two weeks, but it arrives on the 3rd week, so technically, it isn't in 2 weeks. **What problems is CloudDevs.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the problem of complementing my wage and creating my own working hours.
