I think Cloudcraft by focusing exclusively on AWS diagrams is great. For instance, the components are not merely visual blocks, they have additional semantics and behaviors. If you select the Lambda component you can specify the memory, requests and running time, and receive the cost estimate. Select an EC2, choose the instance size and see the machine specs, costs and visuals all update at once.
