Application documentation and avaiable resources are quite extensive. The Adminportal for managing an setup the solution works grate and all aspects of configuration could be done there. Setup and final release of our own softphone was a mattter of days **What do you dislike about Cloud Softphone?** Customizing of App look and feel has some limitations. iOS darkmode is not supported nateviley atm, but it seems Acrobits is working on it. **What problems is Cloud Softphone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Implementing an own mobile softphone is quite expensive and a lot of knowlege in native mobile device implementing is needed. Acrobits provides own SIP push server infrastructure if needen, or you can bring our own. At the end, we just hat to configure the softphone solution to work with our sip infrastructure and hat to apply our branding and we were ready to release a mobile softphone solution to our clients. ### 2. The best thing is the simple instruction and smooth UI . It's fast and efficient ,all you need os to dial the clients number and wait for them to pick up , the dialing keyboard is smooth and efficient as well **What do you dislike about Cloud Softphone?** There were times that we dated some bugs and issues but their customer support offered a whatapp group to solve any issues instantly. **What problems is Cloud Softphone solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a safe way for the assessors to call the clients and safely have them complete their assessment which takes around 15 minutes to he completed . ### 3. The customer support is also great. **What do you dislike about Cloud Softphone?** There's a time commitment needed to get the app built to your own taste, but that is a part of the customisation and what sets it apart from other apps. **What problems is Cloud Softphone solving and how is that benefiting you?** The mobile app that ships with our vendor doesn't work very well, we were seeing constant support tickets stemming from it which lead to us replacing it with the cloudsoftphone branded app ### 4. Thus far, any issues and my questions have been answered or explained. Acrobits gives you an incredible amount of control, and even after testing their public Groundwire App internally-- we've found everything to make sense and consistant. **Recommendations to others considering Cloud Softphone:** Chat with their team and try the trial, you'll get a taste of all that you can do. **What problems is Cloud Softphone solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have not found any issues we could not solve, most being customizations for our unique server stack and their expansive customizations.
