What do you like best about Cloud Softphone?

Support staff was always very responsive and helpful.

Application documentation and avaiable resources are quite extensive.

The Adminportal for managing an setup the solution works grate and all aspects of configuration could be done there.

What do you dislike about Cloud Softphone?

Customizing of App look and feel has some limitations. iOS darkmode is not supported nateviley atm, but it seems Acrobits is working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloud Softphone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Implementing an own mobile softphone is quite expensive and a lot of knowlege in native mobile device implementing is needed.

Acrobits provides own SIP push server infrastructure if needen, or you can bring our own.

At the end, we just hat to configure the softphone solution to work with our sip infrastructure and hat to apply our branding and we were ready to release a mobile softphone solution to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's been a while our company introduced cloidsoftphone , a great solution for calling the clients . The best thing is the simple instruction and smooth UI . Configuring a SIP account is simple, and it provides many features that other free SIP apps do not support. It does support many PBX providers.
