Support staff was always very responsive and helpful.

Application documentation and avaiable resources are quite extensive.

The Adminportal for managing an setup the solution works grate and all aspects of configuration could be done there.

What do you dislike about Cloud Softphone?

It's been a while our company introduced cloidsoftphone , a great solution for calling the clients . The best thing is the simple instruction and smooth UI . It's fast and efficient ,all you need os to dial the clients number and wait for them to pick up , the dialing keyboard is smooth and efficient as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Whitelabelling platform is really great. We can modify the design using the web platform of Acrobits.
