What do you like best about Cloud Security Connector for Zscaler (ZIA)?

Three feature specifically I like to appriciate for are as below:

1. Zscaler's cloud-based architecture allows for centralized policy management and control.

2. Cloud Security Connectors can be deployed across various locations, and their configuration can be easily managed at scale.

What do you dislike about Cloud Security Connector for Zscaler (ZIA)?

It's been just couple of months we have migrated traffic of our production application on ZIA. So at present we dont face any challenges. The best thing is once it is activated it will work every time,if user is in office network or in his personal network doesn't matter. When ever user try to reach out to internet by default traffic will be going to ZIA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud Security Connector for Zscaler (ZIA)?

I have noticed that after whitening a domain,some sub url was showing blocked . I have to allow all the sub url also then only it was started working.Which should not be the ideal way of whitening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloud Security Connector for Zscaler (ZIA)?

I wasn't working for the company when we first integrated Zscaler, but I believed it was pretty painless. Since it's SaaS, there is little installations on our end, and ZScaler helps with configuration, setup, and education to use the tool. The admin portals are informative and easy to use. With the ZScaler client installed on each endpoint, we could monitor traffic and diagnose network issues when employees worked at home, which uses the ZDX product. ZScaler provided URL filtering list with different categories, so it's easy to configure on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud Security Connector for Zscaler (ZIA)?

The ZScaler client can be very buggy at times, and ZIA has caused lots of network issues. The client would often bug out and no longer work, making it so the employee can not access the internet at all. Other times, the client would work, but the ZIA connection would cause network issues like no internet connection, packet loss, high latency, inability to access network resources, unable to access a specific server, and many other network issues. These issues were so common that every employee with ZIA installed grew to hate the software as they had to deal with it regularly. ZIA was also way too easy to disable, making the security features vulnerable to attackers and employees trying to get around the firewall / URL filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
