The SSL offloading and path based routing features are not good to utilize. Granted the setup is a bit intricate at times. **What do you dislike about Cloud Gateway?** The documentation for Cloud Gateway isnt very clear and user friendly which poses problems for new users trying to navigate and set it up. The networking aspect despite being marketed as Network as a Service is difficult. **What problems is Cloud Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?** It lacks intuitiveness. Inadequate customer support hampers troubleshooting of issues. Cloud Gateway provides protection, for my business. The security measures it provides do not safeguard my data against risks.
