**What do you like best about Cloud Employee?**

I appreciate that Cloud Employee has really helped us scale our business, by providing highly skilled 3D artists to help with our modeling process. They have a great vetting process, enabling me to hire with confidence, and specifically benefited Spec3D by providing us with a strong service keen to iterate and develop upon our current processes. There is great support from the Cloud Employee team, and I have been happy with the service overall. I really appreciate the communication we receive via check-ins and catch-ups with myself and the employees, making sure we are all working together and no challenges arise. They are very communicative and ready to scale when we are.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Employee?**

I don't have much to say in terms of dislikes at all!

**What problems is Cloud Employee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Employee has helped us scale by providing skilled 3D artists, benefiting our modeling process with a reliable vetting process and communicative support. Their team is ready to scale with us and assists with implementing strong 3D modeling capabilities. Each staff member is well trained and pick up our modelling processes quickly, proving to be a strong asset for our company.

**What do you like best about Cloud Employee?**

What I like most about Cloud Employee is the reliability and consistency of the service. The team members they provide are well-vetted, professional, and integrate smoothly into our existing workflows. Communication is straightforward, and the account management support ensures any issues are addressed quickly. Overall, it gives us confidence that we can scale our team without compromising on quality or control.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Employee?**

There’s very little to dislike overall, but like any remote resource model, there can occasionally be minor challenges around time zone alignment and ensuring full context transfer on more complex tasks. That said, these are well managed through good communication and the support provided by the Cloud Employee team, so they’ve not been a significant issue for us

I would recommend Cloud Employee to organisations looking to scale their development capability in a controlled and cost-effective way. The key to success is treating the resource as an extension of your internal team: clear communication, defined processes, and regular engagement make a big difference. **What do you like best about Cloud Employee?**

Cloud Employee fully manage the HR side of the developers yet they are fully assigned to us and part of our team.
This takes the headaches out of employing staff without losing the benefits.
Communication between our company and CE is excellent. They regularly check in, handle any staff issues promptly and at no time have I even felt unsupported.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Employee?**

There really isn’t anything to dislike. Their service is excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloud Employee:**

If you need technical teams, I would highly recommend speaking to CE. They handle the recruitment to source the people you need (though you interview after filtering and testing), they assist in onboarding, and then they support you all the way through.
They provide full time, one-off project and part time technical resources, as well as higher level roles such as fractional C-level.
If you have a need for people to be based in specific countries or regions, they have teams around the world.
As a small business, they have taken a big headache away from me and at a lower cost than direct hiring.

**What problems is Cloud Employee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to scale our technical teams, but found recruitment in our local region expensive, and difficult to find good fit.
Through a business contact, Cloud Employee were recommended and with their help we found 2 exceptional app developers.

I really like Cloud Employee for their holistic wrapping of resources, which includes managing the legal and financial side of employing remote team members. Their flexible approach allows us to integrate their employees within our own context. The services have been reliable, making Cloud Employee our first choice for expanding resources. The employees have consistently felt like real members of our team and have made a direct impact on our organization through their contributions. I've been consistently impressed by the level of attention we've received from their team.

The quality and dedication of the developers stand out. They are hardworking, reliable and genuinely invested in the work they do. The fact that Cloud Employee handles all the operational overhead while still providing team members who integrate seamlessly into our business is a big advantage. It feels like having an in-house team without the usual recruitment and HR burden.

There’s very little to fault overall. If anything, occasional communication differences can require a bit of adjustment, but these have been minor and manageable. The overall experience has been consistently positive over the past four years.

Cloud Employee has helped us solve the challenge of recruiting and retaining skilled software developers, which was difficult and time-consuming to manage internally. They take care of the full hiring process, including sourcing, vetting and interviews, as well as ongoing HR management. CE have been really great at helping us with resource when we've needed a really quick turn around.  The developers that have joined us rapidly become part of my team and they are treated as such.  If you want to quickly build a team or add to an existing team then I couldn't recommend CE enough.

The care and attention they give to their engineers, and the relationship that builds with us, really stand out. We have a several year contract with Cloud Employee that has led to real project success, and that success has been strengthened by communication and trust with both the engineers and the customer management teams.

Not much; just be clear about the skill sets you are looking for, and be stringent on things like communication ability from candidates

Our Cloud Employee engineers work to our timezone, communication is good, and they're seamlessly integrated into our international teams.

Excellent customer service, clear interest in retaining their talent, great vetting process and continued support where needed.

I've not found anything I've disliked so far.

Well worth using. You may find cheaper rates with other companies but from experience the quality is usually lower with poorer retention and ongoing customer customer service.

They help us find and manage offshore developers/technical assistance. This provides us with a high-quality, affordable technical team to work through our internal roadmap.

With time differences, communication can be tricky, especially if it is an urgent matter.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloud Employee:**

Cloud Employee sources great candidates and their administrative team takes care of all the logistical processes on the backend, however, sourcing can be pricey and at their base service, they don't offer a dedicated account managers ready to answer any questions immediately.

Cloud Employee is allowing us to support our software team at an affordable rate.

The lack of Cost + modelling leaves something of a lack of transparency.

Great company to work with who have strong engineers with deep native experinence.  Strong vetting process and clear comms.  The talent acquisition team (AJ) is second to none.
