CloseDock Reviews & Product Details

Every month, solo bookkeepers send the same email to every client: "Can you send last month's bank statements?" Then they wait, follow up, and dig through email attachments, phone photos and shared-drive links to find out what's still missing. CloseDock automates that loop: 1. Set up each client's checklist once. List the documents you need each month: bank statements, credit card statements, payroll reports, receipts. 2. Clients upload from a private link. No account, no password, no app. They open the link on their phone or computer and upload each document to the right item. 3. Reminders do the chasing. Polite nudges on day 3 and day 7, and a firmer one on day 14. They stop the moment everything is in. 4. One dashboard. See every client and every request: what's received, what's missing, what's overdue. Download files straight into your close. CloseDock is built for independent bookkeepers and small practices with roughly 5–40 monthly clients who want a simple, focused tool instead of a full practice-management suite. Pricing: Free forever for 3 clients. Solo is $19/month for 25 clients, recurring monthly checklists and 3 reminders. Firm is $39/month for unlimited clients and your logo on the client portal. Prices in USD; billing via Whop; cancel anytime.
