## About ClockTap
ClockTap is browser-based attendance software that replaces paper logbooks, spreadsheets, and biometric hardware with a web app for clock-ins, approvals, records, schedules, and reports. Employees can clock in via a shared kiosk or personal phones with location-based restrictions. The system tracks clock-in/out times, flags late arrivals, and provides live attendance boards. The approval workflow manages corrections, overtime, and leave requests, checking balances against policies before approval. Managers can assign shifts, track hours, and view dashboards for attendance trends. ClockTap supports leave management with customizable policies, accruals, and carryover settings. It tracks night hours, rest day work, and overtime, generating payroll-ready exports compatible with Excel, QuickBooks Time, and Sprout systems. Philippine holiday calendar support includes regular holidays, special non-working days, and special working days configured per location.
