Clinch Reviews & Product Details

Clinch is a Shopify app that displays one-time, product-specific discount offers to shoppers who show signs of leaving an online store without purchasing. The app generates unique, single-use discount codes without requiring shoppers to provide an email address. Offers can be triggered by exit-intent signals, scrolling behavior, or inactivity. Clinch includes a randomized holdout system that separates visitors into groups that receive an offer and those that do not. This allows merchants to measure the incremental impact of discounts and distinguish attributed sales from purchases that may have occurred without an offer. Merchants can configure discount limits based on product margins, exclude products already on sale, and review attributed conversions linked to actual Shopify order IDs. Clinch provides reporting on offer performance, discount usage, attributed revenue, and incremental sales measurement through its Shopify dashboard.
