ClientCollect Reviews & Product Details

ClientCollect is a client document collection and information-request platform designed for professional services firms, including accounting, bookkeeping, legal, mortgage, real estate, and advisory businesses. The platform allows teams to create structured checklists containing document uploads, questions, and forms, then share them with clients through a secure, branded portal. Clients can complete requests from a desktop or mobile device without creating an account. Teams can monitor progress, review and approve submissions, request changes, communicate about individual items, and send automated reminders for outstanding information. ClientCollect also provides reusable request templates, role-based access controls, audit trails, and encryption for files in transit and at rest. Its built-in AI assistant, Colette, can help draft and reorganize document requests, simplify instructions for clients, and identify potentially missing items.
