Click Maint handles all of our work orders, scheduled maintenance and inspections. It has streamlined the way we process all work orders and we now have a better handle over our equipment.

We have only been using it for a few months. Nothing that we dislike. If anything we would like to see more features in the inventory management, but it's pretty good.

The best thing about Click Maint is how easy it is to manage work orders. Our implementation was pretty simple. We only have 6 users. We were set up and managing work orders in about 2 weeks. The preventive maintenance feature is also really easy to use and set up. The users also love the mobile app.

A lot of work was getting missed and it took a lot of effort to communicate and reconcile issues.

As mentioned, Click Maint has been great. We looked at 2 other work order softwares and Click Maint was easier to use, had everything we needed and the price was significantly less that the other 2 we looked at. This software works great for building maintenance work order managmenet. The desktop web version is great and the mobile app works awesome as well.
