The software is easy to use and featire rich. The staff is helpful and friendly.

So far we haven't had any issues. Its been a very smooth transition.

We use it primarily for work order generation and tracking, and also for a preventitive maintenance schedule.

Would like to see some more options for Job and Work Order planning side of things, possibly scheduling.

As a consultant and contractor Click Maint is assisting me both with my internal work orders as well as keeping track of the assests in which I manage.

Click Maint gets everyone on the same page. It also allows people to see past work and track patterns.

Easily create, assign, and track work orders. Click Maint systems allow for detailed descriptions, priority settings and progress tracking. Also able to upload photos!

Nothing easy to use. A few teething issues to start but these were easily fixed. Communications with the Click Maint Team was responsive.

Asset Management it maintains a detailed inventory of all assets, including their maintenance history and specifications. We can schedule regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and extend asset life. We can generate detailed reports on maintenance activities, costs and performance metrics.

I was using another program when they decided to double their price, Causing me to look around. Cound Click Maint and their customer service was very friendly and helpful. Even during the free trial the customer service was exceptional.

Printing work orders need some attention. The plant is in a rural area and we dont have cell service.

We use Click Maint to help manage work orders, repairs and scheduled maintenance for our office building. The software helps us stay on top of work and keep organized. It helps us to stay on top of scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment warranties, contractors and repairs and costs. A great feature is that we get notifications when maintenance is required. The mobile app is very easy to use especially on the go. There are nothing but good things to say about Click Maint: easy to use, easy to set up, and affordable. Sale teams not overly pushy making the experince overall very very good.

The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version.

Taking us of the Dark Ages. Removing having to track our information on excel and forms.

The strong reporting modual is fantatic and something we were looking for in a CMMS. As a strata hotel, we have to keep a close eye on maintance costs and this reporting helps us do just that with efficiency and ease. Being able to track assets has helped us immensely with our FF&E planning and budeting. It's a great CMMS for hotels that we use daily.

Being a smaller property, we had to adjust some of the settings so they made sense. The team was great at walking us through the process.

Tracking maintenance spending as well as tracking in-room assets that allows us to change out any outdated or broken parts. It also allows us to anticipate spending by tracking reported issues with individual assets.

It does an excellent job of maintaining work orders in place and providing updates that the submitter and supervisors can access.

I Have not found anything that I dislikes about Click Maint yet.

Very effective at tracking work orders and their results, informing submitters and updating all stakeholders as appropriate. It also supports bulk imports and can categorise them.
