Clever pdf has a very striking and simple home screen where the icons are visible to carry out the conversion, that is, it presents an interface designed for any type of users and offers a number of options to work the pdf files. I like it as it includes tools to convert PDF files to other types of files such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, images also convert from other types of files to PDF. In my opinion, this suite of PDF tools is very handy. It can convert a PDF to any Microsoft Office format (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This is handy when a client sends a PDF and you need to edit it.

Another useful tool is the compression tool which allows you to shrink a PDF.

There are also tools to convert any Microsoft Office document into a PDF and to convert a PDF into images. These tools aren't as useful for me as most of the Office applications allow you to do this anyway, but it is nice to have all these tools in one application.

Although I only use it for Microsoft Office products, you can use it to convert PDFs into Apple documents as well, such as Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, although I have not used these functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For more complicated PDF documents the conversion process from PDF into Microsoft Word isn't ideal. But to be fair, expecting it to perfectly convert complex documents probably is asking too much. 3.- Create new files. From its function of pasting and cutting, you can join and divide pdf files quickly and cleanly.

4.- compress your pdf files so that they do not weigh so much and you can send them easily by mail, or else, to occupy the smallest possible space in your cloud.

It is a program that does not require great knowledge in computing to learn how to use it, thanks to its extraordinary design.
