Often times change orders get sent to other team members and never comes my way which creates a lot of risk when I don't discover it until much later. Ability to have materials and labor rates and COR rates prebuilt in so that your team does not fail and a systemwide COR log It is not like competitor products and has a different function Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Clearstory? Not dislike - but wants 1. Integration with an AIA billing software - FlashTrak 2. Labor rate calculator for each labor rate - where you can put in the wage and fringe and add the indirect and company fringes and taxes to make a final rate 3, Ability for administrator to see all custom items added by users so they can be incorporated into the master templates 4. Add the ability to do outbound RFIs and an outbound RFI log within the system or add an inbound relevant RFI log so they are added to COR by reference / hyperlink 5. Ability when sending a COR to identify Status prior to sending versus after sending. 6. Fix the error on Analytics where you can't see the totals by customer 7. When adding a customer - add to all offices automatically 8. In order to achieve emails - add the ability to have an authomatic cc address - we overcome this by adding as a customer today. 9. Ability to have a mail aliases when sending out so you don't have multiple accounts per user. 10. As a growing subcontractor, we have always struggled with creating, tracking and managing T&M tickets and change orders. Since implementing Extracker companywide, we have seen more T&M buy-in from our field personnel. This has resulted in more billable change orders and higher profit revenues. What do you dislike about Clearstory? Being an early adopter of Extracker exposed us to some of their growing pains along the way. It would be frustrating to work on a change order and have it disappear after clicking the submit button. However, every time we had an issue with Extracker, I would reach out to their online chat and within minutes, I'd have someone from tech support working with me to identify the problems and then push their team to make the fixes in a flash. Extracker was the most straightforward new platform/software integration we've had in our company. Likewise, its impact on our company was quickly noticeable and very effective. Extracker provides organization for our T&M tickets and CORs while saving us time by organizing and tracking it all in real-time. Once the field became efficient with using Extracker, I no longer had worry about keeping control of paper tickets, signatures, and cell phone photos for all of my CORs. Not all GCs and superintendents require the same steps in getting T&M tickets processed, so it is difficult to stick to the sequence of events needed in Extracker to proceed to CORs. It's easy to identify if they are either approved, pending, or rejected. For example, Extracker lets you rearrange columns, and hide/unhide the ones you need in the CO Log; but you can't rename some column titles and/or add a new one.
