I had a different GPS provider that was a nightmare to deal with (Verizon Connect). I would have to talk to 2 or 3 people to get any results. With ClearPath, I've called twice since installation in Nov 2022. Once to get a different size adapter and once to ask a question. I love that I can locate any member of our fleet and know where they have been. I've had people call the office to complain of erratic drivers from our company and in the event it actually was one of ours, I can determine who by the time and location, very easily.
