I would have to talk to 2 or 3 people to get any results. With ClearPath, I've called twice since installation in Nov 2022. Once to get a different size adapter and once to ask a question. Both times my issue was resolved by talking to ONE person, and it was on the same day. So happy I switched! **What do you dislike about ClearPathGPS?** I have not had any issues. I appreciate the speedy responses when help is needed. The support teams that I deal with have been nothing but extremely patient, kind and knowledgable. Nicest staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. Not to mention, very helpful and willing to go above and beyond when you need anything they are capable of doing for you. **What do you dislike about ClearPathGPS?** I dislike that I need to retrain on the new interface but thats all a part of a growing business and keeping up with the fast paste of changing technology. So i understand the need for it. **What problems is ClearPathGPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were previously in the dark with our drivers' on-road habits and behaviors. With consistently fielding call-in complaints from on road drivers, we never knew if they were being accurately described. Now we have more insight into patterns with our 250-plus fleet drivers and can better assess these situations. They also help us not just discipline poor driving habits and patterns but to REWARD those drivers that consistently come monthly with clean driving patterns. For example, hard cornering, speeding, and hard braking are all monitored monthly. Every quarter we reward those drivers with none of those reported patterns. It's a very helpful tool. It's also been beneficial to locate vehicles only when we need to. For various reasons. GPS tracking is accurate and reliable. **What do you dislike about ClearPathGPS?** I had to think a while to come up with dislikes. The refresh rates could be faster but it's on par with competitors. We haven't come across a scenario where we needed extra data, it'd just "be nice to have". **What problems is ClearPathGPS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a fleet of 24 trucks on the road. ClearPathGPS tells us where they are and where they've been. Having that many trucks on the road is also tricky to keep up with maintenace.
