Claspo Pricing Overview

We were looking for a no-code solution because we need to save our team hours for client projects. That's why we really appreciated how easy it was to add widgets with the drag-and-drop editor and ready-made templates. Integration was also simple. As a developer analyzing the platform, I was deeply impressed by the technical depth of Claspo's feature set. The widget editor is highly flexible, and the ability to edit all widget states (signup, success, error) on a single unified canvas is a superior workflow that many competitors lack.

The two standout features are the A/B testing engine and the Data Transfer Log. Offering robust A/B testing, including automated winner-selection workflows, on a free plan is a massive value proposition. The debugging power of the transfer log, which shows the full API request and response for every integration call, is an invaluable tool for ensuring data integrity. While the core engine is powerful, the current user experience can be a maze for new or non-technical users. Some of the app's best and most critical features—like the global "Annoyance Safeguard" settings or the excellent "Start from Scratch" workflow—are hidden behind non-obvious UI elements, making them difficult to discover.

The initial onboarding funnels new users through a restrictive path, which doesn't fully represent the app's true capabilities. I believe the app would be truly best-in-class if the user interface were streamlined to make its powerful features as accessible and easy to find as they are powerful to use.
