Clasp is legal practice management software that combines case management, billing, document handling, and AI tools in one platform. The system connects lead management functions such as intake, follow-ups, agreements, and case creation for client tracking and one-click case conversion. Cases are managed in a unified workspace with access to documents, emails, tasks, deadlines, and communications. Workflow boards track progress, while a client portal manages payments and uploads. Billing integrates timekeeping, invoicing, and trust accounting. AI drafts time entries and automates trust account management. Payment processing supports IOLTA-compliant methods. The AI assistant conducts legal research, drafts documents, and summarizes case activity. Security features include SOC 2 Type II, ISO certifications, and GDPR compliance. Client data is not used for AI training.
