Clarimon Reviews & Product Details

Accounting software built for business owners, not accountants. Clarimon helps you manage money the way you already think about your business, while keeping the books ready for your accountant. Most business owners don’t wake up wanting debits, credits, or a chart of accounts. You wake up wondering two things: Can I pay for this? Will I get paid? Clarimon is built around those questions. Your bank account sits at the centre. Money comes in from customers. Money goes out for what you need. We start there, not in the ledger. Capture every purchase without the paper chase. Snap a photo of a receipt and it’s stored with the transaction. Forward email bills and keep what’s owed in one place, with due dates you can actually see. No more receipt boxes, WhatsApp screenshots, or month-end scramble. Getting paid is the other half of the job. Create quotes and turn them into invoices quickly and easily. Send statements when you need to follow up. See what’s unpaid and what’s coming due, so “will I get paid?” isn’t a guess based on last week’s bank balance. On the spending side, Clarimon tracks what’s coming in against what you still owe. Know your real spending power, not just whatever happens to be sitting in your bank account today. Categorise money the way you talk about it (fuel, stock, contractors) and leave the formal journal entries for your accountant. Simple for you. Correct for them. Bank statements import and match automatically, so reconciliation isn’t a premium feature locked behind a higher plan. VAT, GST, or sales tax, is tracked so you never get a surprise about what you owe when it comes due. Fair pricing that doesn’t make you jump through hoops. Everyone gets the same thing. No need to buy a higher plan to get what you need. Smaller businesses pay less based on revenue; nobody gets a cut-down feature set. Everything you need is included. No limits behind a "pro" plan. If you run a small or growing business and want clarity on your money without becoming an accountant, Clarimon is built for you. Your accountant still gets proper books. You get answers you can use today.
