I have been using CiviHosting for over a decade. When starting a nonprofit organization we had a limited budget. We decided to go with CiviCRM for our database management. I didn't have a coding background, but figure out how to install Drupal and the CiviCrm software and got it working. Over time, I had a few challenges with my hosting service and the software and chose to move to CiviHosting. It was right move. The service has been always been EXCELLENT and the response time is always super fast. The support team at SureSupport is outstanding. I've used CiviHosting with a range of clients using CiviCRM for 10 years. Highly reliable - it does what it is supposed to do: just work and stay out of the way. The service has been gradually enhanced so some things that needed a support ticket are now available with the Control Panel. It provides all the flexibility I need. This was my first time paying for hosting to get my Mediawiki site set up and Civihosting made it very easy. I've been a customer since 2020. I never get spam emails with nonsense like from other providers, and frankly I forget they exist outside of reminders of my yearly hosting fees, which goes to show that it just works. Since originally contracting with CiviHosting in 2015, we have had zero issues with accessibility of our data, domain, or servers. This year is the first time they have raised prices at the plan level we utilize and it is relatively nominal considering the way the economy has been lately. All in all it is a perfect solution for non-profits and small business, like mine, to be able utilize CRM software of actual quality. Just wish they had a few more vetted vendors for CIviv CRM upgrades/to install updates. We aren't able to have a dedicated staff memeber knowledgeable enough to do so and have to an outside contractor. Having more options that CiviHosting recommends would give me a bit more piece of mind when giving that contractor access to our data. But ultimately this isn't a dealbreaker by any means. The personal assistance and quick response to questions and concerns have been the greatest help. I'm not a very knowledgable person - our Civi system was set up many years ago and was designed specifically for our needs as a very small nonprofit organization. CiviHosting specifically support CiviCRM and Wordpress installs. While we no longer use CiviCRM, we've stayed with these as hosts as the specs on the servers are good, there's a great cPanel interface, and the ticket requests I make are always answered almost immediately and helpfully.

I've used CiviHosting on a daily basis for the majority of my clients for the past 8 years and I find the control panel really easy to use, I have the ability to access everything I need. I also like the fact I have access to support from a provider who has first hand experience with CiviCRM, as well as the 24-7 server support.
