I love the interface when you first navigate to the website. It gives you alerts on current/active Incidents involving Spam, Malware or Legitimate Emails. I also like the indicators on the homepage that reference incident numbers of certain events in a specific region. The Podcast feature is another great feature as well. It gives a personal insight to the individuals in the Information Technology industry and what hot items are in the news to discuss and further breakdown to what could help prevent events like that from happening. But if I had to stay what I wish was available on the website were training videos on how to get the most out of the website for those who may not know what they're looking for.
