## Cisco BroadCloud Reviews
  ### 1. BroadCloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar B. | VoIP Technical Service Agent, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Cisco BroadCloud?**

One of the best features I have always been a fan of is call pull, this allows you to pull a call between your desktop, mobile and hardphones seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Cisco BroadCloud?**

The Mobile app can be a pain to get working sometimes, most issues are actually on the backend when things dont work and it causes issues that take a while to get resolved

**Recommendations to others considering Cisco BroadCloud:**

This is a platform for bigger rather than smaller businesses as it is well suited for bulk tasks and the amount of features most home and small businesses just don't need or make use of but for those small businesses that want to grow or just look like they have more going this system is well suited.

**What problems is Cisco BroadCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this platform to host many small and home business users with VoIP that is enterprise grade allowing small and home businesses to really grow and utilise the power of this platform without the major upfront cost of getting a personal VoIP system setup.

  ### 2. Boardsoft's Communicator software- Sturdy but much to be desired

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jei K. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Cisco BroadCloud?**

Looks somewhere similar to a desk phone. Fairly straight forward to use. Can copy and paste contact numbers into dialer and with full funcitionality like a desk phone (forward call, leave voicemails, etc). Communicator also has a chat function as well, however I am unsure how it is used. Chat function not that intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Cisco BroadCloud?**

Cannot find the call log for outgoing calls. The system from a UI perspective could be better. The software is not very intuitive and requires clicking through many tabs to find and/or understand the functionality you're looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Cisco BroadCloud:**

If you're looking for a simple computer based phone.

**What problems is Cisco BroadCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have a remote phone to used on a laptop so calls may be taken anywhere without a physical phone present. Able to take calls anywhere as long as there is internet access. Good for remote employees or employees who travel frequently along with companies who look to get red of desk phones.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Cisco BroadCloud?**

Broadworks offers an incredible battery of communication solutions for businesses and operators. From Centrex solutions in the cloud, unified communications, trunking of IP PBXs and a long list of services.

The Broadsoft platform is fully scalable allowing to grow according to the needs of the company or operator.

It also offers advanced services such as Virtual Operator, Call Centers, Jumping Groups as well as integration with the most important vendors of IP telephony.

**What do you dislike about Cisco BroadCloud?**

The environment is, initially, complex to understand and manage.
The power it offers is a double-edged sword, since any change has to be made with great care for the effects that can bring to users.

Likewise, the learning curve is slow at first, but once the basics are mastered it is easy to increase the knowledge of the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Cisco BroadCloud:**

- Highly configurable
- Huge variety of services for the end user

The main benefit is that the deployment of new clients and solutions is quite fast and effective.

  ### 10. Real intelligence for your telephone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vero N. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2017

**What do you like best about Cisco BroadCloud?**

BroadWorks is a very well designed product full of beautiful features that simply fantastically well the way you communicate with people inside and outside your company.
One of my favorites is the Anywhere feature that virtually allows you to take your office number to any place using any telephone or computer; in my opinion this is what real mobility looks like. In addition to this, I really love all call forwarding functions and the blind transfer, I think these features help your customers to get a better experience whenever they call you.

**What do you dislike about Cisco BroadCloud?**

BroadWorks probably has hundreds of features I didn’t know and some of them seems to be the same with just a little twist of something else. When you see the “Fast guide” with all these beautiful features you could feel overwhelmed and with the everyday projects is hard to memorize how BroadWorks works.
Additionally, I think is a product that is hard to deploy as some employees are working so hard and they don’t have time to pay attention on this product or how it could improve their communication.

**What problems is Cisco BroadCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is to provide a better experience to your customers so they can enjoy communicate with you and reaching out anytime even when you are outside the office, they don’t need to call your office, then your cellphone or Whatever they just dial your number and BroadWorks features simplify the rules to reach your cellphone, personal assistant, computer etc. at the end you get full communication and happy customers.
