I get an overview of what projects my colleagues are working on and which prospects they are currently approaching. It is easy to add my past experiences and projects and to then create a CV based on these. Every week I check how upcoming projects are looking and if I have questions I can easily see who I should approach, for example if I find a project I really would like to be a part of I can talk to the sales lead about it. Some senior consultants are not using the tools to their full extent. This is the product biggest problem to me, that not everyone uses it as intended.
