What do you like best about Cinode?

I have used X for about 10 years and have seen the product develop from just managing consultant profiles to becoming a CRM, competence tool and partner portal etc.

We don't use all the parts today, but what I like best is still the simplicity of creating nice CVs for our consultants in the sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

The GUI could be more intuitive, there is a lot of clicking and navigation sometimes to find your way around.

Some changes have not been for the better but I think Cinode is aware and improves everything over time.

What do you like best about Cinode?

- The system allows more structure with our consultants' CV:s and assignments.

- Skill sets and Growth plan

- The recruitment function and pipeline set up is very valuable, it allows us to keep track of our candidates and the recruitment process.

- Due to the many functions that are included it can sometimes become a bit to much and a bit unstructured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I agree that the niche products for respective areas of use, such as a CRM, can focus more on deepening the existing functions while we try to balance between several areas and improve the overall experience over time, as the consulting business requires that many important processes are covered simultaneously.
