I love the capability of being able to work from your desktop, or the App that comes with it. I have been using Cimmaron for 10 years now and they are always there to assist. With Cimmaron, I have the ability to create very specific and targeted marketing. Integrated texting is awesome. We can text directly with our client, and the responses are all saved into the client's record. Cimmaron’s lead automation has been great for our team and working with time-sensitive leads. Clunky, slow, and usually had an issue with the updates. Also, the mobile app was slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Cimmaron Mortgage Manager: I feel this is designed for old school mortgage companies that are not using a CRM and want a relatively inexpensive solution. Brokers probably aren't using it because most wholesale lenders provide CRMs. If you are a large correspondent lender, you probably are on salesforce.
