Nothing that I can think of, they will even train you on the most effective use of their software for your particular business model. Whether you're looking for plug and play or you prefer to dig deep and put your spin on their content, they have proven to be on-point since I started working with them in 2003. The ONLY thing that is left to be desired (hence my 9 stars instead of 10) is a slightly prettier UI. This is a Windows based program (not Apple) so you can imagine how that impacts the look and feel of the system.
