Cimmaron Mortgage Manager makes the lives of Loan Officers much easier. They directly integrate with Encompass and allow for ongoing communication to keep both Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents up to date. Additionally, they provide personalized customer service that allows for the customizations needed to match whatever business model is necessary. Cimmaron is a complete system that allows you to take applications, intergrates with your LOS and has cool content for your email contact with your clients. Getting started was so simple. Downside has just been adoption by individual sales people, but I don't know that that is the CRM's fault...I think most people would prefer central administration which is what this system does best for me! The main problem, is that most salespeople typically won't use CRMs as intended (no matter the CRM) we've found, so giving a central admin the software and support to stay on top of emails and 3rd party interface tasks for 40+ loan officers has been key for us. I love that Cimmaron's team is always responsive and that they always take the time to interface with OUR team to make sure our goals are met no matter the project. This includes interfacing with our website and other third party platforms which many CRMs will simply not do. Cimmaron not only has the most customizable and easy to use/implement Contact Management Software for Mortgage Originators, but their team offers fantastic customer service and is there working with you as much as needed to develop a "marketing assistant" that will handle all of the details that we humans simply don't have the time to stay on top of. Whether you're looking for plug and play or you prefer to dig deep and put your spin on their content, they have proven to be on-point since I started working with them in 2003. I've been a customer of Cimmaron Software since 2003, and have used their software at several different companies that I have worked for during that time, and I have also used their software as my internal CRM to maintain data integrity. It is as cusomizable as you could ever wish it to be. With enough work and support (which they provide wonderfully), what you dream is what you can have in terms of your desired capabilities. This is a Windows based program (not Apple) so you can imagine how that impacts the look and feel of the sysrem. You can create tasks, campaigns, emails, videos. You can schedule and even see what's coming up in case you had a conversation with your borrower and want to change the "canned" email. They tell me there's alot more I can do that I haven't checked out. But for now it keeps me super organized in many ways. Specifically I like working from the assigned tasks which I choose. We rely on the flexibility and customization of the system. As our business changes and evolves, Cimmaron grows with us. Most CRM systems are out of the box solutions that are rigid and don't work. Cimmaron is a robust system that has a lot of tools. I think for some users, it's a little intimidating. It would be helpful to simplify the presentation for the end user. Cimmaron Mortgage Manager is our database for all prospects for all origination channels. Cimmaron gives us the tools to easily organize, manage, and market to all our clients. Cimmaron allows us to manage and report on activities such as phone calls, texts, and emails. We can market to our database using workflow assignments, drip campaigns, or broadcasts. We can manage lead assignments and lead distribution based upon business rules. Cimmaron dashboards and reporting make it easy to see the progression of a lead to loan. Cimmaron helps me to keep track of our many mortgage leads and their current status, whether we are working on credit improvement or they are clear to close. This makes my duties much easier because I do not have to work out of multiple systems and it keeps all of my prospects, future prospects and current clients all in one place and easily accessible!
