**What do you like best about CI Radar?**

We've embedded CI Radar in our Sharepoint which allows easy access for everyone in the organisation. The CI Radar team has been helpful every time I've asked them questions. The pieces of news featured in our feed are usually relevant, and if not, you can always tell the team so that they know what is of interest to you/the team.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

I think CI Radar delivers on what we need it for: getting relevant news/competitive insights from one place.

**Recommendations to others considering CI Radar:**

Integrate CI Radar with other platforms for a seamless experience. In our case, we have it in our team's SharePoint.

**What problems is CI Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for competitive intelligence and to understand what is going on in the marketplace without having to go through different websites or create multiple alerts.

**What do you like best about CI Radar?**

The frequency that we receive updates and articles is excellent. We've been able to customize and update the parameters of the competitive alerts we receive, which has provided agility in collecting relevant information as market trends and strategies change.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

I've had a few instances where the articles sent have been behind paywalls, which I don't have access to.  I've also seen some duplication in the articles that are included in email updates.

**What problems is CI Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CI Radar minimizes the time and effort required to stay up to date on competitive and industry knowledge.  It allows me to spend my time more efficiently while conducting market research.

**What do you like best about CI Radar?**

Once the curation is tuned, having the daily automated industry news feed is really useful. Our team relies on this service to publish a daily curated digest of relevant news with commentary.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

The UI is a bit dated compared to other modern SaaS services. Being able to self-manage which competitors and topics we track would significantly enhance the current change request process via email.

**What problems is CI Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team needs to stay abreast of relevant industry and competitive news, blogs, tweets, etc., without spending a lot of time combing through individual sites and sources.

**What do you like best about CI Radar?**

It's has great capabilities to keep you connected to your industry. The Customer are success team does a great job insuring the information is valuable. It also has some great capabilities in Salesforce for sales enablement.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

The UI is a bit outdated, but it doesn't matter cause the tool works as it should. It doesn't feel modern, but we don't mind cause it doesn't take away from the value. Also wish we could integrate it with Chorus or Gong.

**What problems is CI Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the finger on the pulse of our industry better than we did with google alerts. Saves time, the cost is great. It's easy to justify it and make a business case for it.

CI Radar provides our organization with key competitor insights delivered daily to my inbox. Implementation was quick and easy to set up, and little maintenance is needed after the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

I don't have any significant issues with the CI-Radar platform.

**What problems is CI Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CI-Radar is helping provide our organization with relevant information on competitors in our market segment. We also utilize the Marketing Analytics function that helps us understand how are keywords are performing both paid and organically.

**What do you like best about CI Radar?**

CI Radar delivers exactly what we want -- well-curated instances of competitor postings or "events" in the public sphere. It's also nice that the output is available as an embedable RSS feed or a widget , not only as SaaS.  Other vendors offer more "frills" for a higher price.  Even CI Radar provides features and capabilities we don't use.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

Some of the fonts and graphics of the exported deliverables could use some work.  The tool does not seem designed to create customizable deliverables for an executive audience.  There have been some "growing pains" in terms of data management, but there has been gradual improvement in the tool's maturity.

**What problems is CI Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a fairly complete set of competitors, CI Radar allows us to stay current on what our competition is communicating to their external stakeholders.

CIRadar is keeping us in tune with what our competitors are doing  on a daily basis. The alerts are extremely useful. Marketing insights for keywords have been very useful as well.

I like the email notification alerts and the ability to 'mark as read' the articles I've seen, but also leaving notes for future reference and for others to read.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

There's nothing I really dislike. I suppose the platform itself could have a nicer, softer UI. At the moment, it's very functional and has an old-school Microsoft feel about it.

I'm able to keep a pulse on competitor activity, being alerted to happenings across the industry in a timely manner which allows me to focus on what's important in my role.

There is nothing I dislike about CI Radar.

CI Radar is an excellent, all-around, customizable tool for CI.

The CI Radar tool helps us monitor significant competitors daily.  The Documents search goes further by uncovering meaningful documents and reports related to our competitors or topics of interest.

The people - they are extremely responsive and easy to work with.

There isn't anything I dislike about CI Radar.

CI Radar created battle cards that update automatically when information changes, and they reside in Salesforce.com, where account executives can easily access them.  It saves a lot of time.  We also love the daily digests that eliminate all those "FYI" emails.

Ci Radar provides a partner on their team to continually tune the information we receive weekly.  They are very open to feedback and have improved service over time.

From time to time, we had to revisit the same feedback to ensure it was properly implemented.

Some of the separate emails are hard to follow - for instance there is a different email for financials rather than just day-to-day updates in the market.

Gives a great baseline for the entire team of the latest information from the market at a high level.

Getting the intel that I am looking for on the competitors that I am also interested in as well as being able to have it in one centralized repository for quick wins.

Sometimes the intel isn't exactly the same given some competitor's names like Bright Pattern. I would sometimes get things that are listed as bright patterns, but not the company I was expecting.

Trying to gather competitive intel on our competition to ensure we have the most up-to-date and accurate intel for our sales teams.

I receive a daily email, plus a documents email each Friday. Every day there's something I need to be aware of that I probably would have missed.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

Nothing. CI Radar is a very useful service.

**What problems is CI Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have the time to do even 1/100th of the investigations that CI Radar provides. Essentially, this is a new source of information to my decision-making. I could do it, but since I don't have time, I would be making decisions without it.

I like that the search tool is pretty comprehensive, and the support gets back to us promptly. Usually, find what I am looking for quickly

The amount of collateral from competitor sites sometimes gets skipped, and the interface could look more modern.

Sometimes collateral on Priority Health for HAP can be later in being scooped up. The smaller vendors, sometimes the amount of material is lacking

**What do you like best about CI Radar?**

CI Radar scans the entirety of the Internet for news and articles on key competitors.  A dedicated analysts helps curate the content so it's not overwhelming.  It's great value for what you pay.

**What do you dislike about CI Radar?**

Not a whole lot.  Some days there are a lot of articles but this is more a function of how much news is generated each and every day in our market.

**What problems is CI Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep a pulse on the market.  Third party research houses such as Gartner and Forrester publish reports which are very high-level and not very detailed.  CI Radar allows you to keep a daily pulse on the market and get really into the details.
