These licenses are assigned to users who execute operational tasks in CheckOp, allowing them to be assigned to and complete tasks directly within the platform or via the mobile app. Unlicensed users, who can administer and create tasks but not execute them, remain unlimited and free.

This is a one-time fee covering the initial setup and configuration of CheckOp to align with your specific operational processes. It includes configuring up to 3 custom use cases, with 3 dynamic forms each, loading up to 500 clients (with or without GPS coordinates), setting up to 10 processes or sub-processes, mass user loading and team assignment, and product/service configuration for tasks. This fee ensures a personalized initial setup to get your team operational quickly and efficiently.

A one-time implementation fee of USD 2,000 applies , covering up to 3 custom use cases, 3 dynamic forms, loading of up to 500 clients, 10 processes/sub-processes, user/team loading, product/service configuration, and 30 days of post-implementation support. Continuous functional support and platform updates are included.

USD 200/month for 10 licensed users. Licensed users are those who execute operational tasks in the field, with additional users priced at USD 15/month each. Unlimited, cost-free users can be created for administrative, review, and task creation purposes, though they cannot be assigned or execute operational tasks.
