It is designed for those who want to manage payroll in-house with a flexible solution and complete control over their payroll process. CheckMark lets you create and manage unlimited companies and employees and run unlimited payrolls as your business grows. You can manage payroll for multiple companies from one solution, making it useful for businesses and accounting professionals who handle payroll for clients. The software gives you flexibility when paying employees. You can use direct deposit, paper checks, or both in the same payroll run. CheckMark can print MICR encoding on blank check stock or print on pre-printed checks. You can also add signatures to checks and email PDF pay stubs to employees who receive direct deposits. CheckMark helps you manage payroll taxes and year-end reporting. Print Forms 941, 940, 943, and 944 on blank paper, and print W-2 and W-3 forms on blank or pre-printed forms. You can also e-file W-2 and W-3 information where supported. CheckMark lets you customize income and deduction categories, pay periods, pay frequencies, PTO, and other payroll settings to fit your needs. You can also import employee hours from a time clock or spreadsheet and track accrued sick and vacation time. CheckMark Payroll Software works on Windows and macOS. Use it as a standalone payroll solution or integrate it with accounting software such as QuickBooks and CheckMark MultiLedger. With unlimited payrolls and employees and support for multiple companies, CheckMark gives you a practical way to manage payroll in-house.

What do you like best about CheckMark Payroll Software?

I like how this software is user friendly, its ability to set it up, one can also manage accounts and updates without major learning curves. What do you like best about CheckMark Payroll Software?

There is no monthly or recurring fee , I can do payroll for my employees daily, weekly , or semi monthly. I am using this software from almost 4 months and we are very happy with the software. One of my friend recommend this software. Initially we started with trial checkmark payroll software and we run 4 payroll for our employees without paying anything. What do you like best about CheckMark Payroll Software?

From downloading the trial to onboarding, everything went fantastic, smooth and seamless. Moving from my previous Payroll Company to a new one was giving me Goosebumps, but with CheckMark payroll software, it was like a breeze – easy to install, configure and get started. All I needed was to import my previous payroll file in .CSV format and upload it to CheckMark payroll software. I had a minor glitch during the setup and since support comes included with the software, the customer support team helped me out through phone and online access. CheckMark Payroll software is a complete package for small business like ours. Handling 401 (k) & Printing 941,940, 943, W-2, W-3, etc. to SSA is helpful for me to stay compliant with IRS taxes.
