The way it generates the survey question really helps users to give a kick start. Then users can easily customize as per the needs. It helps making surveys more interactive and their results more actionable. ChattySurvey uses AI to dynamically adjust questions based on responses. The AI part is the most liked part. **What do you dislike about ChattySurvey?** As of now there is no any point to dislike ChattySurvey. However most AI features are locked and only available in Premium subscription only. This limited the reach of all AI Features to all users. **What problems is ChattySurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?** At my IT company, where I am in responsible for gathering and evaluating data on client and employee satisfaction, ChattySurvey has been instrumental in resolving a number of significant issues with our feedback procedure.Traditional form-based surveys used to give me low response rates and answers that were out of context and incomplete. I also discovered that the survey lacked interactive features. The interactive interface of ChattySurvey has greatly increased participant comfort and readiness to provide in-depth feedback. The more organic, conversational flow has aided us in gathering candid opinions for employee satisfaction surveys, even when discussing delicate subjects like leadership criticism or workplace culture. We were looking to use Gen AI to enhance user experience so that they we can have more user responses. ChattySurvey did exactly that. It provided a personal touch to each and every user that was filling up the form, making the survey engaging more than ever. A simple survey can be easily created within 1-2 minutes which is great for a start into the tool. **What do you dislike about ChattySurvey?** While it is easy to get started with ChattySurvey and setup your very first survey, the more advanced functionalities that we want to incorporate in the survey are much harder to learn. More languages should be added, currently it is limited to English and Spanish. **What problems is ChattySurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem we solved with ChattySurvey is we got the response rates up for our surveys. Apart from that, the insights that the tool provides helped us solve some more minor reporting problems.
