What do you like best about ChatFast?

The best thing is we can customize the bot with our own documents , websites , etc. Its very easy to use and there is no coding required here . I can customize it with other languages as well .I mostly use this for the customer support for my company . It was great experience with Chatfast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatFast?
