ChaseDesk Reviews & Product Details

ChaseDesk cuts the document chase out of month-end close. Instead of sending 20 follow-up emails per client, bookkeepers send one magic upload link — clients upload without creating an account — and ChaseDesk's automatic reminders do the chasing until the per-client checklist is complete. A missing-items dashboard shows exactly which client owes which document across the whole book of business. Built for solo bookkeepers and small firms on QuickBooks and Xero, with client-list sync so nothing is retyped (integration in final development). Flat $19/mo solo · $39/mo firm — no per-document fees. Early access open. ChaseDesk is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit or Xero.
