**What do you like best about Charts?**

A good solution for day-to-day tasks and tracking for Hospitality Industry. Have all the solution required for managing a Hotel.

**What do you dislike about Charts?**

GUI is not that good. It can be integrated into existing applications or websites so it works well.

**What problems is Charts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Charts provide solutions for Tracking and managing all the tasks related to a hotel. So it will be easy to keep track of all the things.

Charts is very user-friendly and is easy to navigate. Charts has enabled my company and I to improve efficiency and help better manage resources.

**What do you dislike about Charts?**

A downside of using Charts is that it took a bit of time to set up. It can also become complex and confusing for others if they are unfamiliar with the software.

**What problems is Charts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have noticed that Charts is working to speed up the set up process of the software and it has helped me in convincing colleagues to use the software.

Easy to use and attractive UI. IT makes your life easy to perform task. Tool is secure and reliable. Great tool for hotel management also corporate sector.

Nothing as such till date I'm fully satisfied with this software.

Easy to manage revenue and housing keeping staff using this great tool. It has analytics capabilities that saves your lots of time.
