Chartbuddy is very intuitive and similar to the chart building tools that I had access to as a consultant at EY-Parthenon. The chart features are quite smart (e.g. arrows just jump to the right place and are otherwise easy to configure). Same for other annotations and axis. Every chart aspect is deletable, so you can optimize your whitespace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
