ChannelReply Reviews & Product Details

ChannelReply syncs buyer conversations from connected marketplaces and stores into the helpdesk support teams already use. Supported buyer messages, conversation history, and available order information sync into one helpdesk ticket, so agents can understand the issue and reply without switching between marketplace inboxes and their helpdesk. ChannelReply works with helpdesks including Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Gorgias, Re, Zoho Desk, and Kustomer, and supports buyer conversations from selling channels including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, Newegg, WooCommerce, Back Market, and more. Support teams can continue working with the routing rules, assignments, macros, ticket history, and workflows already set up in their helpdesk. ChannelReply also supports AI agents, allowing buyer conversations from connected selling channels to become part of AI-supported customer service workflows. ChannelReply is built for eCommerce support teams handling buyer conversations across multiple selling channels. With inbound message-based pricing and unlimited helpdesk users, teams can add selling channels without adding separate marketplace inboxes for agents to work from.
