Chanlify is an all-in-one property management platform built for independent short-term rental hosts in France — owners of chalets, gîtes and apartments managing 1 to 20 properties. The platform combines three tools that hosts usually pay for separately: a channel manager with two-way synchronization across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia (rates, availability and reservations, with no double-booking risk), a property management system with a unified calendar and dynamic pricing, and a commission-free direct-booking engine hosts can embed on their own website. Chanlify's distinctive strength is native French regulatory compliance: automatic tourist tax calculation per municipality, the mandatory guest register (fiche de police), and support for the 2026 "Loi Le Meur" requirements — areas that international platforms typically don't cover. The interface and customer support are entirely in French, provided directly by the founding team based in the Mont-Blanc region. Pricing is simple and transparent: €19.90/month covering 1–3 properties, then €9.90/month per additional property, up to 20. All features are included in every plan.
