The best part about Chainstack is how it makes Web3 infrastructure feel straightforward and dependable. The platform is easy to use, even when the underlying technical requirements are complex.

The service itself has been performing well once properly configured, and I was especially impressed by the technical support experience.

I initially ran into a difficult issue where full transaction subscriptions were delivering far below the expected throughput. After quite a bit of testing, Luiz Moraes from Chainstack Support helped identify the actual cause: the HTTP/2 flow-control window on the grpc-js client connection.

After applying the recommended 16 MiB flow-control window, our full transaction stream improved to roughly 450–500 messages per second and started following the Solana chain head normally.

What I appreciated most was that the support team did not just give generic troubleshooting suggestions. Luiz responded quickly, reviewed the technical details carefully, reproduced the behavior on their side, and eventually provided a specific configuration change that solved the problem. What do you like best about Chainstack?

We use Chainstack for a Solana trading app, and the latency has been very good so far. From Frankfurt, we’re typically seeing response times in the few tens of milliseconds for the calls that matter most to us.

We also tested Alchemy previously. Both worked fine, but for our setup Chainstack was faster, and the pricing made more sense for our traffic level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using Chainstack because we needed reliable Base infrastructure with Flashblocks support, and the setup was much easier than expected. We didn’t have to spend much time figuring out the infrastructure side; the endpoint was ready quickly, performance has been consistent, and the team was helpful whenever we had questions about the integration. Flashblocks was still a relatively new feature, so some of the documentation and examples could have been more detailed. We had a few questions during testing, but support responded quickly and helped us sort them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been using their XLayer RPC for a couple of months now. It’s been stable enough that I mostly forget it’s even there, which is exactly what I want from infrastructure :). The main thing we liked was how easy the team was to work with, especially the amazing support team. They were quick to add support for the Robinhood chain, so we were able to scale our infrastructure by adding one more endpoint. Communication was straightforward, technical questions were handled quickly, and the team was proactive whenever something needed attention. I like Chainstack for its sensible pricing, which allows me to know what I am paying for, unlike QuickNode which I migrated from. I pay less for the same usage compared to QuickNode. For comparison, I started with QuickNode at their old $50/mo pricing and they suddenly updated their pricing structure which increased my monthly bill to $250/mo. Shortly after our product grew, the bill would have become $1K/mo, which led me to look for alternatives. Chainstack came out on top. The support is prompt and quick to help if or when I encounter any issues. The transition from QuickNode was seamless, just requiring an update to the endpoints on my end. Our RPC traffic is business-critical, so reliability matters more to us than having a long list of features. Since moving to Chainstack, the endpoints have been stable, performance has been consistent, and we haven’t had to spend much time dealing with infrastructure issues.
