**What do you like best about Chainnodes.org?**

Can't really find anything I like about them

**What do you dislike about Chainnodes.org?**

We paid for the highest "Growth" plan to get access to dedicated Polygon and Ethereum nodes within promised 3 days but: they were late by 2-4 weeks, Polygon dedicated node didn't work at all (neither shared Polygon service), "priority support" incuded in the "Growth" plan doesn't really work - they answer after days or don't answer at all.

**What problems is Chainnodes.org solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High TCO of Ethereum nodes.

Chainnodes makes it easy to buy and use reliable remote nodes. They also have reasonably priced and have a free plan. The technical support is on point; people know what they are doing

**What do you dislike about Chainnodes.org?**

Not all the chains are supposed. I hope chainnodes will be developing further

**What problems is Chainnodes.org solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting a node. This is a pain
