## About Chainer
Chainer is a powerful, flexible, and intuitive framework of neural networks that bridge the gap between algorithms and implementations.

## Chainer Reviews
  ### 1. Discover it, adopt it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** florent s. | Natnure Vie, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Chainer?**

The tools of artificial intelligence condensed into this sound effect software. For experts, it is possible to create 10 channels per rack or sound generator by layering the sounds of your VSTi.

**What do you dislike about Chainer?**

The complexity of the words and abbreviations used that are only addressed to and even the experts themselves are sometimes lost.

The sound effects should be able to better adapt to semi-professional equipment.

**What problems is Chainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to easily juxtapose sounds, including being able to adjust live any problems, whether human or technical, that may occur. It is even possible to use AI to make the compilation autonomous.

  ### 2. Chainer Honest Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Chainer?**

Chainer is a compelling, flexible and innovative platform, and the best thing I like about this product is that they have a very deep learning platform; it is straightforward to get started and onboard.

**What do you dislike about Chainer?**

They should improve their support; in the part of the document, they should support more valuable networks than they currently support. It is unpopular, so no good blogs and documentation are provided.

**What problems is Chainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It os compact in terms of coding to leverage; it is swift and easy to implement; it is a robust, flexible, and intuitive framework; and being a person working in a company, this app is handy for me.

  ### 3. Chainer Nice Application

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Chainer?**

The best thing i like about chainer is that its an open source deep learning framework. Being a python developer myself its very useful for me.

**What do you dislike about Chainer?**

I dont think i dislike something about chainer till now.

**What problems is Chainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My work maily revolves around deep learning, specially when i have to use data manipulation to show a specific stats with different levels. So i use chainer in order to show every level differently.

  ### 5. Chainer Neural Network Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Chainer?**

We used chainer for one our recent ML and AI project where we wanted to use a neural network. It is very easy to get started and onboarded with Chainer as it just requires few commands to get started.

**What do you dislike about Chainer?**

The documentation and paid support should be improved. In addition to that, they should support more neural networks than they currently support.

**What problems is Chainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chainer has helped us get quickly onboard a client who wanted a solution in ML and AI by leveraging their prebuilt pre-trained neural networks.

  ### 6. Open source deep learning framework

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai Ranjeeth R. | Sr sale development representative , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Chainer?**

It only requires a few lines of code to leverage a GPU.

**What do you dislike about Chainer?**

Not so popular, hence no proper blogs or documentation provided.

**What problems is Chainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline works as it makes the code easy to debug.

  ### 7. CHAINER

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Chainer?**

It's compact in terms of coding to leverage GPU.

**What do you dislike about Chainer?**

None for now, but it isn't popular and we don't have modules available.

**What problems is Chainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate and streamline the process, easy to debug

  ### 8. Building deep learning models is easy, and impactful using the flexible framework of chainer.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Chainer?**

The support for CUDA/cuDNN for high performance Training and Inference.
Helpful to write variety of neural network applications to solve real world problems.

**What do you dislike about Chainer?**

Pytorch and tensorflow have more industry support and bigger community. This in turn leads to easier adoption of pytorch and tensorflow over chainer. This is turn results into more learning/tutorial and development resources online for pytorch and tensorflow, making them the easier choice while implementing DL applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Chainer:**

A great framework for deep learning implementation and research.
Recommend you to understand the basics of how chainer works and what features it offers.
Explore functionalities like parallel programming support.
Refer a lot of sample DL programs written using Chainer for better understanding and framework adoption.

**What problems is Chainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving real world problems in computer vision domain like object recognition and classification tasks.
Easy to implement complex application programs .
The support for CUDA helps to improve the overall performance during training and inference.

  ### 9. chainer is a precursor to pytorch

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Etienne P. | Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Chainer?**

imperative programming. cupy was visionnary.

**What do you dislike about Chainer?**

nothing, but pytorch ecosystem grew very fast and i started using it instead

**Recommendations to others considering Chainer:**

i would need to have a fresh look at it...

**What problems is Chainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

all of what i did with pytorch i could have done it with chainer most probably. i am not sure if there is also a chainer.DataLoader.

  ### 10. Good framework to train deep learning models on GPU
