Certly Ltd develops electrical certification software built by electricians, for electricians. Certly was created around real-world inspection and testing workflows to help electricians and electrical contractors complete, manage, review and approve electrical certificates faster, with less repetitive input and unnecessary admin. The platform supports a growing range of electrical certification, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs), Minor Works Certificates, Multiple Minor Works Certificates, Domestic Visual Condition Reports and Domestic Part 6 fire detection and alarm certificates for both testing and installation. Commercial Part 1 fire detection certification is also coming soon. Certly combines electrical certificate software with practical tools designed around the way electricians actually work. Features include intelligent checks that respond to selections made throughout a certificate, photo-based observation logging, drag-and-drop circuit reordering, unlimited distribution boards and circuit schedules, an in-built job calendar and cloud-based certificate storage. For electrical contractors and larger teams, Certly also includes QC Relay, a streamlined workflow between electricians and Qualified Supervisors. Completed certificates can be submitted directly for review, allowing the QS to see what is awaiting approval and helping reduce the emails, messages and certificate chasing often associated with sign-off. Certly is currently available on iPhone, iPad and Android, with desktop access launching soon. Certificates can be organised around clients and jobs, accessed across supported devices and exported as PDFs. Development is shaped by feedback from the electricians using Certly. New features and certificate types are built around what users actually need rather than adding complexity for the sake of it. Certly offers a free trial with no credit card required, alongside monthly and annual subscription plans. Free online demonstrations are also available directly with a Certly founder, giving electricians and contractors the opportunity to see the software in action and ask questions before getting started.
