My experience with the CertifyMe organization has been nothing but exceptional. From any perspective, be it product, people, service levels, pricing, or overall responsiveness, they are consistently outstanding and most reliable. I have direct access to individuals at every level, from a co-founder down to individual contributors, and everyone is knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and highly attentive. Even operating on the other side of the world, I feel an authentic connection. They are so dedicated that they will schedule meetings and work with me anytime I need, even outside of their typical hours, and I always get a response within a reasonable timeframe. However, I think it would be an improvement if the “Embed Credential” feature could place graphical images of certificates or badges directly within email pages, rather than just providing a URL link to them. It clearly reflects the company’s dedication to delivering value, especially through its consistent weekly analytics updates. I also appreciate how the platform offers a secure and trustworthy way for my clients to access their credentials, share them on LinkedIn, and review them at any time. My confidence in CertifyMe matches that of any major, industry-leading platform, and I fully anticipate it will be recognized among the top names in digital certification.
