Certa is an incredibly customisable platform that allows us to create custom workflows and tailor the supplier onboarding experience in an incredibly useful way. The level of customisation is unparalled in comparison to other onboarding and vetting tools I have used in the past. What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you? Certa allows us to efficiently screen and onboard our suppliers easily. It's incredibly helpful that multiple teams at the business can integrate into the Certa workflow so that AP, Compliance and Sourcing can work together to complete onboarding. Certa's in built validation of banking and tax information makes it a one stop shop for onbaording and vetting and centralizes our processes. Understanding when this is happening, defining the meaning for each team and changing terms or accepting the customer terms as true and adjusting Certa terms (in the conversation) has been difficult. Not just on Certa side but Customer side as well. Sometimes Certa "recommendations" come accross as "solutions" or "defining the requirements" rather than suggested best way to handle the situation and meeting customer requirements.
