This program requires frequent restarts, and very specific orders of action for it to be used successfully. If you make one mistake in one process, you usually have to go back to the beginning and start over. In some shifts, I've spent more time trying to fix mistakes or wait for the program to be up and running correctly. We've had to call for help with this software multiple times per month.
