"Powerful, Customizable Recruiting Platform That Streamlines Sourcing and Hiring"
5/5
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

The resume search and candidate database are very powerful. It’s easy to find previous candidates and quickly match them with new requirements.

Integration with job boards saves a lot of time. Posting jobs to multiple platforms and receiving applications in one place makes recruiting more efficient.

The ATS and CRM functionality in a single platform is very convenient. Managing candidates, clients, and submissions without switching systems is a big advantage.

Workflow automation reduces manual effort. Features like email templates, reminders, and status updates help keep the hiring process organized.

Submission tracking is straightforward. It’s easy to see where each candidate stands and avoid duplicate submissions.

The reporting and analytics tools provide useful insights. Custom reports help monitor recruiter performance and pipeline activity.

The user interface has improved over the years and is fairly easy to navigate. New users may need some training, but daily operations become smooth once familiar with the system.

The Chrome extension and sourcing tools are very useful. Adding candidates directly from LinkedIn and other sources speeds up sourcing significantly.

Customer support is responsive and willing to help. Whenever issues arise, the support team usually follows up promptly and provides solutions.

The platform is highly customizable. Different workflows, fields, and dashboards can be configured to suit the needs of various recruiting teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

The interface can feel overwhelming for new users. Since there are many features and options available, it takes some time and training to become fully comfortable with the platform.

Occasionally, the system experiences slow loading times. Certain reports or searches can take longer than expected, especially when working with large datasets.

Some customization and reporting features have a learning curve. While the platform is highly flexible, setting up advanced workflows or reports may require assistance from support or additional training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful ATS with integration features"
5/5
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

UI / UX:

The platform offers a user-friendly and intuitive dashboard that centralizes every stage of recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding. While some users find the interface a bit cluttered due to the high volume of features, its 360° approach means I rarely have to leave the system to find what I need. It provides clear BI reports and visual pie charts that allow me to track my submissions, interviews, and placements in a virtual way.

Integrations:

Ceipal’s greatest technical strength is its extensive integration marketplace. It connects seamlessly with over 200+ platforms, including major job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder, as well as VMS systems and social sourcing channels. This significantly reduces manual data entry and allows for managed resume harvesting across multiple job portals simultaneously.

Performance:

As a recruiter, I rely on its Boolean search capability and automated resume parsing to handle niche roles effectively. While the system can occasionally experience lag during peak usage or when handling massive datasets, it remains a dependable tool for high-volume staffing environments.

Pricing / ROI:

The platform provides excellent value, especially for small-to-midmarket agencies, with starting prices around $24/user/month. The ROI is measurable: Ceipal claims to replace 4–6 separate tools, potentially reducing technology spend by up to 75% while increasing candidate visibility fourfold.

Support / Onboarding:

The onboarding process is notably smooth, with strong vendor support during the initial implementation phase. Ceipal consistently receives high marks (around 92-93% satisfaction) for its quality of support and ease of doing business, which is critical when training new team members.

AI / Intelligence:

The AI-driven candidate matching engine is a game-changer. It automatically ranks candidates based on skills, experience, and relevance, cutting down manual screening time. Additionally, the AI-powered people analytics provide personality assessments and "cultural fit" gauging, making the hiring process smarter and more data-driven Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

UI / UX (Learning Curve & Clutter):

The interface is frequently described as cluttered and overwhelming for new users.

Simple tasks sometimes require multiple unnecessary clicks, and navigation to different sections can feel unintuitive compared to competitors like JobDiva.

Performance (Lag & Technical Glitches):

Users report frustratingly slow performance and lag, especially during peak hours or when processing high data volumes (such as loading candidate profiles or bulk resume imports).

Technical issues include frequent automatic log-offs and users being deactivated without warning, requiring administrative intervention to reactivate them.

AI / Intelligence (Resume Parsing & Matching Errors):

While the AI matching is a highlight, resume parsing can be inconsistent, often misclassifying fields and requiring manual corrections to ensure profile accuracy.

The system sometimes struggles with duplicate candidate prevention, failing to stop existing candidates from being added as new entries.

Pricing / ROI (Transparency & Modules):

Ceipal uses quote-based pricing rather than transparent public per-seat costs, which can complicate budgeting for procurement teams.

While the base ROI is high, costs can increase significantly as you add necessary advanced modules for deeper functionality.

Support / Onboarding (Response Time):

Although initial onboarding is smooth, some users have noted delayed response times from customer support once a formal complaint is registered.

Integrations & Reporting:

The standard home page dashboards only fetch data for the last three months; viewing older historical data requires navigating to a separate BI module, which is less productive.

The mobile app lacks many features found in the desktop version, which can limit the effectiveness of recruiters who need to work on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Boolean Search and Multi-Job Board Sourcing for Niche Roles"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

The strongest advantage is its Boolean search capability combined with multi-job board integration. You can tweak search strings (like the one you were working on) and instantly pull candidates from multiple sources, which saves a lot of manual effort. It’s especially useful for niche roles where precision matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

One of the biggest drawbacks is that search relevance can be inconsistent. Even with a well-crafted Boolean string, results sometimes skew off-target (like you noticed with finance-heavy roles). It often requires multiple iterations to get truly accurate candidate matches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Comprehensive Review"
4/5
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

The recruitment professionals make Ceipal ATS their first choice thanks to the following features. Tasks like resume parsing, candidate matching, and interview scheduling can be automated with the use of AI-Powered Automation, which helps us to complete a lot of duties without much time and effort. Job Posts as Integrated Job Boards integrate with more than 50 job boards for easy candidate sourcing. As for candidate engagement, Ceipal ATS allows sending mass emails or SMS marketing campaign in addition to offering branded career sites. Easy Navigation characterized this User-Friendly Interface, which was further aided by the need for Comprehensive Reporting for management purposes. Because of its extensive Customization and Scalability, Ceipal fits effectively into organizations of any size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

There are several areas that Ceipal ATS may improve on, even though it has many useful features. The interface is functional, however, new users can feel a sense of information overload when they first log in because of the different options and settings available. When doing the integration with some job boards or VMS portals, there may be bugs that result in time wasting. It is also observed that the time it takes for customer support to respond may be prolonged which makes the users helpless in crucial circumstances. Some users say that the customization features are too basic for some specific needs that they may have. Finally, the reporting features although powerful, can be improved such that they allow for customization with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trusted and Powerful Applicant Tracking with AI Features, BI Reports, and Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

Applicant tracking systems help with tracking candidates and reviewing job stats, such as how long a position has been open. I also like the AI applicants features, the BI reports, and the integrations with SMS applications and job boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

When I search the internal database using semantic results, the boolean search feels irrelevant. With boolean, I have to fine-tune the query constantly to get what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Automation, Smooth Setup, Minor Navigation Tweaks Needed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

I appreciate Ceipal ATS for its full-cycle recruitment capabilities, particularly in parsing new candidates and posting jobs over multiple job boards. It's great that it centralizes information like resumes, handles candidate duplication, and follows up efficiently, which really helps in time management. I find the automatic resume parsing and integrated AI valuable. The platform is efficient and simple to use, significantly reducing the time and effort needed for managing multiple recruiting tasks. It's also notable for better automation and being cost-effective compared to what I used before. The initial setup was smooth, and the support team was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

One challenge is that sometimes managing multiple roles or candidates takes a few more clicks to navigate and also feels cluttered. I think if we have an option to customize our dashboard it can be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Recruitment with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

I find Ceipal ATS to be really easy to use and efficient for my recruitment process. It helps me source qualified candidates for my clients quickly. The huge database never lets me down, even for important positions, and it gives me a perfect match with multiple resumes, helping me close client positions effectively. Additionally, it assists in finding candidates by location, providing exact matches for client-specific needs. The initial integration was smooth, and the training provided made it really work well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

I find it challenging when the resumes don't have contact details. Sometimes phone numbers are missing, and email addresses are not correct. Even when we migrate resumes from Dice, the primary email address isn't there, just some dice email. This situation is difficult because we have to skip strong candidates due to missing contact details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
