There isn't much to dislike. As with any compliance platform, there is still a learning curve when you're first getting started, especially if SOC 2 or HIPAA is new to your organization. Some of the requirements and terminology can feel overwhelming at first, but the CEEL team has been very helpful in providing guidance and answering questions along the way.
