The onboarding and customer success is world-class. The technology platform made it much faster and easier to track and record evidence through their use of AI and integrations. Compared to our previous efforts with Tugboat logic it took us about 1/4-1/5th of the time and effort to do the same work.
What's important to note is that other platforms want to charge you exorbitant prices for each module of SOC2 and other certifications, whereas there is better value and better tech with Socurely.
The ease of use is significantly better than any other platform we have evaluated, and it is easily at feature parity with other platforms. The integrations are way smoother and better managed, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
