There isn't much to dislike. As with any compliance platform, there is still a learning curve when you're first getting started, especially if SOC 2 or HIPAA is new to your organization. I really like CEEL for its automation, which makes compliance much easier for me. The AI agent is a helpful feature as it guides me in drafting documents and formatting policies. I love how I can connect all my tools to CEEL, like GitHub, Superbase, and Google Drive, and have them in one place, which makes the whole process so much easier. Transitioning was seamless. Everything felt familiar and Socurely team did lot of heavy lifting of migrating ALL of the setup: evidence library, policies etc. We only focused on controls that worked slightly differently and adjusted accordingly. From user perspective (Security officer / Framework admin) we got pretty much the same set of features at the time, with little migration costs and unparalleled customer support. In the beginning, there were couple of features I was missing (e.g. sending reminders only to selected personnel), or some UI elements lacked polish (e.g. file upload). There were only few similar issues. There was lot of updates and there's nothing I lack in the platform now. The onboarding and customer success is world-class. The technology platform made it much faster and easier to track and record evidence through their use of AI and integrations. Compared to our previous efforts with Tugboat logic it took us about 1/4-1/5th of the time and effort to do the same work.

What's important to note is that other platforms want to charge you exorbitant prices for each module of SOC2 and other certifications, whereas there is better value and better tech with Socurely.
