Essentials starts at $1.50 per key per month and provides the foundational tools for managing residents, units, guests, parking, storage, communications, reporting, reservations, and core building operations.
Operations is $2.00 per key per month and adds the day-to-day operational capabilities communities use most, including WorkDirector maintenance management, Work Gatekeeper, parcel and delivery tracking, expanded amenity management, resident HomeDesk the resident portal and mobile app, time clock, documents, and additional operational workflows.
Lifecycle is $2.50 per key per month and provides the broadest CE OneSource experience, adding expanded resident services, EntryPass, custom assets, MarqueeCast, events, announcements, classifieds, enhanced resident preferences, and additional lifecycle capabilities.
All three plans include a 10-day free trial with access to the features included in the selected tier. If the trial is not canceled before the end of Day 10, the selected subscription begins on Day 11. Monthly pricing is calculated by multiplying the selected per-key rate by the number of units or keys entered and is billed every 30 days.
Optional add-ons are available for expanded communications, event shopping, additional amenities, and custom assets.
