CDL Intelligence (Legal Intelligence + CLM + TPRM) Reviews & Product Details

Most legal and procurement teams run three disconnected tools: a CLM platform for contract workflow, a separate system for vendor risk, and a repository — or a folder of PDFs — for everything already signed. Each holds part of the picture. None holds all of it. CDL Intelligence converges all three into one dataset. Every contract, every vendor relationship, and every obligation is read together instead of stitched together by hand. On top of that dataset sits the CDL Framework — a scoring methodology that evaluates every contract against three board-level questions: is revenue scalable, is growth durable, and is the business contractually sound — so contract and vendor data translate into language a CFO or board already speaks, not just a compliance record. The same dataset powers CDL Intelligence's AI negotiation capability: drafting, redlining, and benchmarking language against your own playbook and your own prior negotiated terms, not a generic template. Every redline shows a live, updating score for the contract and how it compares to decisions you've made elsewhere in your own portfolio. Built for in-house legal, procurement, and risk teams who need contract lifecycle management and third-party risk management to actually inform each other, not live in two systems that require a manual export to reconcile.
